Instructions
Apply a good amount of product to the ink line and allow to sit for 30 seconds.
Massage gently into the area. The product should be allowed to dissolve the ink and lift it rather than be used as an abrasive. Our favoured tool is the “fingertip” but cotton buds or a soft cloth can be used.
Wipe away product with paper towel and assess results, reapply as required.
If any ink remains after 2-3 applications then the ink gel has done as much as it is going to do and the ink has travelled too far into the finish on the leather so further steps will have to be taken.
Always clean area with Strong or Soft Cleaner after this process.
NOTE: There have been occasions when leaving the product on the leather for extended periods (1hr-overnight) has resulted in better ink removal. This is nearly always when the leather has been protected with Leather Protect. |
